Ford Tavern: A house steeped in history with modern amenities.

We had a 3 night stay at Ford Tavern in Bonavista and absolutely loved it. The accommodations had everything and more. Ideally located for amazing sunsets, easy access to the boardwalk around Mockbegger Plantation and local restaurants. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Loved this house! Very cute! Nicely restored and kitchen and bathrooms are modern. It would be nice if the bedrooms had mirrors for getting ready. I also missed the news while we were there, so a radio or satellite tv would be nice. The hospitality was very nice- the fresh loaf of homemade bread and jam was very much appreciated!
